The Touring Exhibitions Organisation (Teo), a one-stop resource platform for the international touring exhibitions community, has announced that it will be hosting a Touring Exhibitions Pavilion at Museum Connections on 30 and 31 March 2022.
Museum Connections is an international trade fair that supports museums, cultural venues and tourist sites in revenue generation and in the development of sustainable models. It takes place at the Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, Hall 3 in Paris and will be attended by over 4000 global cultural attraction professions.
A spotlight on touring exhibitions
For this year’s event, Teo will host a Touring Exhibitions Pavilion, showcasing partner producers and specialists in the field of travelling exhibitions. During the show, Teo will highlight its international travelling exhibitions platform, so attendees can see the range of art, design, history, pop culture, science and natural history exhibitions available.
Visitors can also connect with leading producers, such as Universcience, the Museum of Natural History of Toulouse, Cité de l’Espace, Contemporanea Progetti, Tempora and MySmartJourney.
Teo hosted a pre-conference event for Museum Connections, which looked at the Re-Growth and Re-Imagination of Exhibitions. This is part of the Museum Connections Inspiration Conference programme.
Attendees will be able to meet the Pavilion members during a session focusing on Experiences and Innovation in Touring Exhibitions. This will take place on the Innovation TV stage on Thursday 31 March, from 12.15 to 13.15.
Teo offers an entry point into the world of travelling exhibitions for museums, science centres, galleries, libraries, cultural venues and partner specialists. The Teo platform, for hosts, producers and suppliers of international touring exhibitions, is a living resource to share best practice and encourage new collaborations across the globe.
