Free online event features keynote from Anaïs Aguerre of Culture Connect

The Touring Exhibitions Organisation (Teo), a one-stop resource platform for the international touring exhibitions community, has revealed the full programme for Teo Live 2025.

The free, annual online event aims to support the global touring exhibitions community and provide opportunities to discover exhibitions and experiences, explore key trends, and network with peers and producers.

It welcomes all professionals engaged in hosting, touring, producing, and promoting cultural exhibitions and experiences across the world, from organisations such as museums, galleries, science centres, libraries, archives, promoters and event organisations, gardens, zoos, and exhibition venues.

Teo Live 2025 will take place on 15 May from 3 pm to 5.30 pm CEST.

2025 keynote

The 2025 event will feature a keynote presentation from Anaïs Aguerre, founder and managing director of Culture Connect, a consultancy specialising in empowering the collaborative and international potential of the cultural sector.

Aguerre will highlight the challenges, trends and innovations in the sector and share insights into its future. This session will reveal the findings of the Cultural Dialogue Survey on the Future of Touring Exhibitions. This study has been undertaken by Culture Connect in partnership with Teo since October 2024.

Attendees will discover the emerging long-term trends and explore the anticipated challenges identified by the study. Previous editions of the biennial report have spotlighted key trends, shared sustainability practices, queried the role of the object in exhibitions, and championed the resilience and optimism of the sector.

Additionally, Teo Live 2025 will include a marketplace of touring exhibitions with more than 25 exhibition presentations. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with the producers, speakers and specialist providers in dedicated rooms.

Presenting producers include Imagine, the American Museum of Natural History, Nomad Exhibitions, lililillilil, and Universcience, among many others.

Teo recently attended Touring Entertainment Live (TEL) at ILMC 2025. Founder Manon Delaury held the quick-fire touring showcase, which invited exhibitions, ice shows, musicals, and arena shows to showcase their newest offerings in just a few minutes.
