Disneyland Paris has announced the most extensive technical refurbishment of Crush's Coaster since the roller coaster opened in 2007.
Crush's Coaster, located at Disneyland Paris' new Disney Adventure World, will close from 7 September until summer 2027.
The refurbishment will "help ensure the attraction's continued operation for years to come while maintaining the highest possible guest experience", Disneyland Paris said.
The 10-month project will be carried out in two phases, the first involving the complete replacement of technical components including certain control systems, sensors, communications equipment and sections of track.

The second phase of the project will focus on an extensive programme of testing and technical validation to ensure that all systems are functioning properly before the coaster reopens to guests.
In addition to the technical improvements, Disneyland Paris' teams and external contractors will clean, repaint and repair various scenic components of the attraction "in order to preserve the richness of the experience", the resort said.
Crush's Coaster is a spinning coaster offering a thrilling voyage through memorable moments from Disney and Pixar's Finding Nemo on turtle shell-style ride vehicles.
Crush's Coaster to reopen in 2027
The ride underwent a six-month closure in 2015, but the project starting this year represents the most extensive refurbishment ever carried out on Crush's Coaster.
Disney Adventure World and its new World of Frozen land opened at Disneyland Paris in March as part of a €2 billion expansion of the resort.
“With Disney Adventure World, we’re not only unveiling a reimagined second gate at Disneyland Paris; we’re opening the door to a new era. An era where our guests walk straight into the heart of the stories they love,” said Natacha Rafalski, présidente of Disneyland Paris.
