Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, recently attended Amusement Expo International 2021 in Las Vegas, which took place from 30 June – 1 July. The team was pleased to reunite with and meet new customers, partners and friends during the event.
Embed attended as a representative of the FEC sector, paving the road to recovery as operators emerge from the COVID restrictions and begin to rebuild, focusing on low-touch experience and automation.
Touchless solutions
The Embed team showcased the company’s award-winning Mobile Wallet during the event, which it has also been giving away for free as part of its COVID-19 Relief Act.
The Mobile Wallet is the only non-banking finance -payment or loyalty card business and brand card to sit in consumers’ mobile wallets and the company is the only FEC solutions provider to be given compliance approval from Google and Apple.
With the Mobile Wallet, guests can safely and securely play games and reload their virtual game card straight from their own mobile device, without needing to queue or event to stop playing. Less time in queues means happier guests, more revenue and more return visits.
In addition, Embed demonstrated its smartTOUCH upgrade plan at the event, aimed at existing customers.
“We were extremely excited to meet up with new and existing customers, partners and friends, face-to-face for the first time since the pandemic outbreak and to know that the Embed COVID-19 Relief Act has helped many businesses thrive during the pandemic,” says John Keys, Strategic Accounts Manager.
“We look forward to continuing to empower, enable, and ease the business of fun for our customers as they begin a new chapter in the industry’s post-pandemic recovery.”
Embed also recently provided Zone Out Arcade, a family-owned and operated arcade in Nelson Bay, Australia, with integrated cashless solutions.
