The Mind of Moriarty and Gameshow Studios are launching in 2023.

Next year, London will be home to several new immersive experiences based on Peaky Blinders and Sherlock, as well as a live TV game show.

The creators of Sherlock: The Official Live Game are launching another themed attraction called The Mind of Moriarty: Live Escape Experience in London in February 2023.

During the multi-sensory experience, players will find out if they have what it takes to defeat Moriarty using digital media and virtual reality (VR).

They will experience Moriarty’s memories of iconic scenes from the BBC’s Sherlock as well as theatrical sets, also solving puzzles, cracking clues and uncovering mysteries.

“In the new experience, we will be pushing boundaries and storylines even further with the use of virtual reality and digital media, allowing players to immerse themselves inside the experience and travel into the devious mind of Moriarty,” said Matt Watts, the experience’s general manager (via Evening Standard).

“Offering players the opportunity to step into Sherlock’s shoes and be transported to iconic scenes from the BBC series, The Mind of Moriarty provides a moment of true escapism.”

Also launching in spring 2023 is Gameshow Studios, London’s first interactive game show experience. Guests will become contestants as they experience the excitement of taking part in a live TV game show.

Teams of two to six players will compete in a series of unique game rounds, putting their general knowledge, memory and luck to the test.

Each team will sit in a luxury booth with a state-of-the-art gaming table and large buzzers. They will be guided by a charismatic host as they battle against the other teams.

Gameshow Studios founder Josh Ford said: “Pushing boundaries as well as buzzers, we are creating a totally new format of ‘competitive socialising’ where players can experience all the joy, excitement and anticipation that comes with a TV game show.”

Additionally, Peaky Blinders: The Rise in Camden is being extended until 28 May 2023. The live experience immerses fans of the series in the world of Thomas Shelby.
