ProSlide Technology Inc., an industry leader in water ride manufacturing and design, announced it received three WWA Leading Edge Awards this week at the World Waterpark Association Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The firm is celebrating several new projects and partnerships worldwide for 2026.
Three award-winning projects
Summit Canyon at Hyland Hills’ Water World in Federal Heights, Colorado, is a new 2.5-acre development featuring nine ProSlide water rides. It is the park’s biggest expansion in more than four decades.
Summit Canyon’s centerpiece is a 60-foot Lookout Tower featuring four new ProSlide rides. Marmot Mayhem brings the region’s first HIVE 20, while Aspen Falls introduces Denver’s first SkyBOX with TurboTWISTER.
The tower also features Columbine Cascade, a translucent TWISTER, and Runoff Rapids, a SwitchBACK ride with TORNADO 18 tubing.

At Critter Cove, younger guests can enjoy five nature-themed ProSlide KIDZ rides and interactive water play.
Meanwhile, Sun World Aquatopia's expansion in Vietnam features the world debut of PowerRAPIDS and the first installation of ProSlide’s first KIDZ Coaster.
PowerRAPIDS is a new category of water ride, developed to deliver continuous thrills, dynamic motion, and shared adventure. Using the power of water, PowerRAPIDS is the first water ride to incorporate floating channels across multiple sections.
With dynamic, shallow water, these channels carry guests on a rushing-river adventure before seamlessly returning to the slide. The river-like movement creates sustained acceleration, shifting currents, and turbulent water interactions throughout the ride.
Finally, Sun World Vũng Tàu Water Park in Vietnam is a new destination featuring several industry firsts, including the world's first 10-lane RallyRACER, Southeast Asia's longest RocketBLAST, and a Dueling RocketBLAST.
Visitors can also enjoy a TORNADO 60 and TORNADO 24, FlyingSAUCER 45 and FlyingSAUCER 30, BehemothBOWL 60, Dueling PIPEline, and RideHOUSE 600 Pro.

"We're incredibly proud to see these projects recognized and grateful to our partners for trusting us to help bring their visions to life," says the firm.
"A huge congratulations to everyone involved, from our clients and partners to the talented teams who helped make these projects a reality!"
ProSlide Technology Inc. also recently unveiled ATRIUM, an innovation that lets indoor water parks extend the TornadoWAVE 60 outside the building while preserving the indoor, year-round ride experience.
