The Wall is a space for music, theatre, comedy shows, karaoke and trivia nights

AREA15, an immersive art and entertainment district in Las Vegas, has opened a new music and events venue called ‘The Wall’.

Located inside AREA15‘s main building, The Wall is a space for unique programming and events, including music performances, theatre productions, comedy shows, open mic events, karaoke and trivia nights.

Named after the vast LED video wall in the venue, The Wall is described as an intimate black box with room for up to 200 guests in its general admission space and up to 16 visitors in the VIP banquette area.

The room also features a stage, a private green room and state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities. In addition, a bar and catering kitchen can support any type of event.

“The Wall is the perfect addition to AREA15’s event venues,” said Winston Fisher, the chief executive officer of AREA15. “The space is designed to be versatile and customizable for any type of small, intimate event.

“The dazzling, high-definition LED wall can serve as a centerpiece or add to the vibe of the room. It’s going to be the ultimate venue in Las Vegas.”

The Wall’s upcoming events are as follows:

  • Psychedelic Sundays: A Better Trip with Shane Mauss (23 April – 28 May)
  • Body Language (24 April, 22 May, 19 June)
  • Ninajirachi (29 April)
  • Darius (4 May)
  • Golden Dawn Arkestra (19 May)
  • Martin Dupont (20 May)
  • Frameworks (16 June)
  • Man or Astro Man? (6 August)

AREA15’s expansion

AREA15 recently confirmed plans to expand its district in Las Vegas by 20 acres, offering more attractions, entertainment, retail and F&B.

The anchor tenant will be a year-round eerie experience from Universal Parks & Resorts inspired by Halloween Horror Nights.

In an exclusive interview with blooloop, Fisher said AREA15 aims to build “the world’s largest premier immersive entertainment district”.

As for Universal’s horror attraction, Fisher said it will be “badass” and will have visitors “smiling and screaming”.
