RWS Global, a leading producer of live experiences, has announced plans for a cutting-edge global production hub in Milton Keynes, in a milestone acceleration of its UK operations.
Expected to open in January 2027, this move strengthens the company’s long-term dedication to the UK. The country's live entertainment space continues to flourish through top-quality talent, creative innovation, and ongoing international investment.
The new headquarters will span 3,750 square metres (40,000 square feet), and boast open office space, private offices, a film studio, media production lab, costume shop, a music production suite and RWS Studios, as well as numerous state-of-the-art rehearsal studios, dedicated vocal rooms and breakout spaces for cast members.
Envisioned as a full-service campus under one roof, the hub will drive creative partnerships and elevate overall production efficiency.
Additionally, the company has secured a talent residence 15 minutes from the space to support rehearsals for RWS Global casts. This offers a comfortable, practical base for visiting performers, with further accommodation planned as demand increases.
The housing and the headquarters are connected by a dedicated RWS Global shuttle service, ensuring seamless, reliable transportation that eliminates friction in talent and production schedules.
Strategic, supportive space
This investment is strategically positioned in the new PLP Logistics Milton Keynes Business Park and builds on the strong partnership RWS Global has established with the property managers.
The site offers outstanding connectivity with motorway access, four convenient railway stations, and proximity to the logistics market’s golden triangle, enabling seamless access for UK and international talents.
Easily accessible from central London, the site is located just 32 minutes north of the M25. From this advantageous location, 89% of the UK population is within a 4.5-hour drive.
As such, RWS Global can support touring productions, fast deployment, scalable delivery for large-scale international projects and the growth of the company’s in-house operations in this space.

RWS Global produces more than 900 live experiences every year for audiences across the globe.
The team delivers memorable moments throughout the live experience space, from leading parks such as Chessington World of Adventures and Alton Towers to casting for major theatrical and commercial productions, including the Broadway shows Chicago: The Musical and Disney’s The Lion King.
Its expertise also extends to leading cruise lines like Marella Cruises and Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, as well as prestigious sporting events such as the UEFA Women's EURO and ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup in the UK.
Representing a £10m+ investment by RWS Global, the new facility signifies the team’s confidence in Milton Keynes and the wider UK market.
Jake McCoy, interim CEO of RWS Global, says: "Our acceleration in the UK market is more than just growth; it’s a foundational investment in British infrastructure.
"The region’s vibrant cultural landscape, combined with the surge in large-scale entertainment developments across Southern England, positions the UK as a global production powerhouse.
"We are proud to be at the forefront of this transformation, driving innovation locally while we create and produce groundbreaking live moments worldwide."
The UK is quickly becoming a hub for live entertainment, with significant new theme park developments forecast to boost UK tourism and attract millions of international guests.
These include a major indoor water park by Great Wolf Resorts, a Universal Studios resort near Bedford, and a £600m historical park by Puy du Fou.
All complement established attractions such as LEGOLAND Windsor and Thorpe Park.
RWS Global’s new UK headquarters is set to become a central hub for the company's European operations, rehearsals, cross-vertical coordination, and production alignment, nurturing collaboration among partners and clients from concept to delivery.
This new UK facility marks the company’s strategic dedication to expanding its footprint and impact in Europe.
Last month, RWS Global announced the transition of founder, chairman & CEO Ryan Stana to executive chairman, with chief operating officer McCoy serving as interim CEO.
