A £31m regeneration project has been approved for Blackpool, UK.

The project will include a new hotel and a tram station outside Blackpool North railway station providing a direct link to the seafront.

The development will make it easier for visitors to access the Pleasure Beach amusement park, Blackpool Tower and Sandcastle water park.

Blackpool Council’s executive is being recommended to enter into an agreement with developer Muse to kickstart investment reports the Blackpool Gazette.
