UK tourist attraction operator, Continuum Attractions, has appointed a new Group Food and Beverage Manager to up its food and beverage offering.

Continuum Bolsters Catering Offering with Appointment of New ManagerOli Cullingworth brings 15 years’ experience to the table including management of Rudding Park’s award-winning Clocktower restaurant in Harrogate.

“With developments across our existing attractions and a number of new projects in the pipeline, we recognised the need to add a dedicated Food and Beverage manager to our management team, ” explained Kev Smith, Group Attractions Director at Continuum Attractions. “We’re confident Oli will be a valuable asset to the group with his varied operational and consultancy background.”

Continuum operates seven popular tourist attractions across the UK including Coronation Street The Tour in Manchester and the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth. The company says that Cullingworth’s appointment will allow them to further develop their catering portfolio both now and in the future. They are currently investing £500, 000 on developing their Edinburgh attraction, The Real Mary King’s Close, which will feature a new 40-seater café.

Cullingworth said he was delighted to join Continuum at such an exciting time for the business. “I look forward to developing our attractions’ unique food and beverage experiences, whilst working with the executive management team to deliver new projects.”
