Convious to host talk on optimising guest experience at blooloop V-Expo

Convious, a leading eCommerce platform for the leisure industry, will be co-hosting a session at next week’s blooloop V-Expo with Pleasurewood Hills, looking at how operators can enhance the guest experience and boost revenue.

The event takes place on 5 October at 11.15 am BST and is called: 5 ways Pleasurewood Hills optimises guest experience & revenue. It will be hosted by Andy Fuller, head of marketing, sales and admissions at Pleasurewood Hills, a popular family theme park in the UK, and Camiel Kraan, CEO at Convious.

How to optimise the digital journey

During the session, Fuller will talk about the challenges that award-winning theme park Pleasurewood Hills faced in matching the online guest experience with the offline experience. He will also provide tips & tricks on how to optimise the digital journey before, during and after a visit, as well as showing how guest experience optimisation helps them to increase revenue.

Pleasurewood Hills, near Lowestoft in Suffolk, has been entertaining families since 1983and is home to a wide range of rides, shows and attractions, including the one of a kind Cannonball Express and the region’s biggest rollercoaster attraction, Wipeout.

Convious is also an entrant in this year’s blooloop Innovation Awards, and V-Expo attendees can visit the company’s Innovation Showcase to find out more, as well as tuning in at 5 pm BST on 5 October to see the winner be announced live from AREA15 by Winston Fisher, AREA15 CEO.

Now in its second year following a successful launch in 2020, blooloop V-Expo is a three-day virtual event for the global attractions industry, featuring expert speakers, insightful panel discussions, networking opportunities and showcases from some of the sector’s top suppliers. Tickets are available here.

Last month, Convious announced that it will be opening a UK office by the end of 2021, giving it a new base where it can engage with UK clients.
