RHETROACTIVE Expanding, Opening Agila at Enchanted Kingdom in December

Global leader in entertainment design and brand strategies for the attractions industry, RHETROACTIVE, is sponsoring two key events at this week’s IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando, Florida: Blooloop’s IAAPA Party and the IAAPA Opening Reception.

The Los-Angeles based company is currently looking forward to the imminent opening of its Agila 4D immersive flying experience, created with SimEx-Iwerks, for Enchanted Kingdom.

Lisa Nash, RHETROACTIVE’s new COO, coming from Universal Creative on the heels of opening Wizarding World of Harry Potter, has brought Vejdani on to support upcoming Design & Production projects worldwide.

RHETROACTIVE projects opening or currently under construction:

Agila at Enchanted Kingdom. Opening in December.
Imagic Park continues construction in Mexico City. Former Kidzania team members building next-generation kids play/learn experience, with major attractions in the mix.
Opening Late 2017.
Vistana Signature Experiences (formerly Starwood Vacations) opened at the beginning of this year. The company worked with Starwood to develop all new, cutting edge, interactive visitors centre for vacation club, prior to spin-off of Vistana.

In 2017 and beyond, RHETROACTIVE is continuing its strong relationship with Discovery Communications to develop innovative location-based experiences around the world. Last year Discovery Adventures Park Moganshan, China opened, so expect more exciting announcements from Discovery this year.

The company is also working with: Tuner/Cartoon Network Amazone in Thailand to develop an immersive hospitality experience; Ubisoft in a joint-partnership to develop ground-breaking gaming experiences; Merlin Entertainments on a project, the details of which are yet to be revealed.
