ROLLER streamlines POS, ticketing and more with new Self Serve Kiosk

Leading tech innovator for the leisure and entertainment industry, ROLLER, has announced the launch of its new Self Serve Kiosk.

Self Serve Kiosk streamlines POS, ticketing and even waiver-signing, reducing queues for a better guest experience.

What’s more, staff are free to spend more quality time with guests. Instead of being stuck behind the register they’re out in front, welcoming guests to the venue and creating a positive first touch point.

According to ROLLER, the company has invested significant time and resources into researching and developing a solution that will bring tangible improvements to the guest flow and experience.

“Through collaboration with our client base, and testing many prototypes on real guests, the investment in the planning of this product has resulted in an amazing, intuitive, slick solution that the operators and guests will enjoy,” says the company.

“ROLLER is currently rolling out its solution to its client base, and will continue its focus on delivering more solutions that will drive operational efficiencies, and improvements in the guest experience.”

Self Serve Kiosk ideal for FECs, parks and attractions

Self Serve Kiosk is suited to venues large and small, from FECs to amusement parks and attractions.

ROLLER integrates all the disparate operational functions required by a venue, such as ticketing and marketing, into one global, cloud-based software platform. Designed to provide an intuitive and seamless experience for guests, it also gives venues a 360° view of those customers. The platform supports a growing range of modules and apps that allow for ticketing, targeted marketing, POS, CRM and more.

The system also supports RFID wristband technology, increasingly chosen by LBEs as a one-stop solution for ticketing, in-park purchasing and F&B.

Recent additions to the software suite include ROLLER Mail for automated email campaigns, Recurring Passes for managing repeat-selling such as programmes and passes, and Playground which provides a test version of the live site to allow for staff training, testing and more.
