Sanderson Group, the leading thematic design and construction corporation in the Asia Pacific and Middle East, has been appointed as the Official Project Master Planner for Margarana DreamCity, Bali.
The US$5 billion (Gross Development Value) development to create the World’s 1st Universal Innergy City is situated in 610 acres in Buleleng province, Northern Bali, and supports the vision of the Indonesian Government and the Ministry of Tourism to develop area into a world class tourism hub.
The development includes the Innergy Tower, 100 acres of Movie Studios, Hotels and Resorts, Stone Age Park, World’s Best Wedding and a City of Lights arena.
The word Margarana is derived from Marga (A Path) and Prana (Life Force/Aura) which means “The Path of Life Force”. Margarana DreamCity‘s website describes the resort as combining “diverse operations and facilities into one place, dedicated for nature health, wellness, vacation, relaxation and recharge.”
