The show provides an excellent opportunity to discuss with both groups how our Galaxy software suite and expert services can increase visitor satisfaction, drive revenue and elevate their ticketing and admission processes.”

Visitors to both shows will be able to discover the company’s full range of operations solutions that go beyond ticketing, season pass, admission control, food and beverage, and retail capabilities.

These include:

Reporting Plus – Gives attractions access to all transactional data from Galaxy point-of-sale, membership and admission control software. Clients can choose from a suite of standard reports or generate their own custom reports and dahsboards.

CRM Plus – Integrates seamlessly with Galaxy point-of-sale software. CRM Plus enables attractions to better understand their customers’ purchasing behaviours and deliver a better experience.
