The cheapest one-day ticket to a park has gone up by $10 in 2025

Walt Disney World has raised its ticket prices in 2025, as theme park and hotel bookings for next year are now open on the resort’s website.

The lowest-priced one-day ticket to Disney’s Animal Kingdom on a weekday in late August has gone up by $10 in 2025, from this year’s $109 to $119.

The same ticket to Epcot has risen from $119 in 2024 to $129 in 2025, and at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, these tickets are going up from $129 to $139.

The biggest increase is at Magic Kingdom, with the lowest-priced, one-day ticket costing $129 in 2024 and $144 in 2025.

Until now, Walt Disney World had not increased the cost of its least expensive ticket at $109 for five years.

Park Hopper tickets have also risen by around $5 to $10 for many dates next year. However, the highest-priced one-day, single park ticket for Disney World in 2025 is $189, the same as the peak price in 2024.

In October, Walt Disney World and Disneyland increased the cost of annual passes, parking, and some tickets. The Florida resort did not raise the prices of its date-based tickets.

The price of annual passes at Disney World rose between $40 and $50 depending on the pass, while parking at the theme parks increased from $25 to $30, but remains free for hotel guests.

Theme park bookings for 2025 now open

Over at Disneyland in California, prices increased for most ticket options. The cost of daily and multi-day tickets grew between 4 percent and 15.7 percent. Disneyland kept its least expensive ticket at $104, the same price it has been since 2019.

“We are constantly adding new, innovative attractions and entertainment to our parks and, with our broad array of pricing options, the value of a theme park visit is reflected in the unique experiences that only Disney can offer,” a Disney spokesperson said in a statement.

Walt Disney World’s new ticket prices will go into effect on 1 January 2025.
