Vivaticket, a leading ticketing and access control solution provider, has been named by Real Betis Balompié as its official and exclusive technology partner for ticketing, in an agreement that extends through the next seven seasons.

With this appointment, Vivaticket cements its position as a leading technology provider for ticketing in European football.

Silvano Taiani, CEO of Vivaticket, says: "We are proud to become the official ticketing partner of one of the great clubs in Spanish football like Real Betis, and to share our passion for football with its fans.

"We will bring all our expertise to serve the Club so that the Betis family can enjoy a fast, secure, and personalized purchasing process."

"The agreement with Vivaticket reflects our ongoing commitment to innovate in solutions that enhance our fans’ experience," says Real Betis CEO Ramón Alarcón.

"On this path, we have brought in a partner fully aligned with our vision for the Club, enabling us to evolve toward a smarter, more dynamic ticketing model focused on maximizing our fans’ experience."

Services for professional football

The agreement extends until June 2032, and gives Vivaticket exclusive management of ticket sales for all matches and events organised by the Club at La Cartuja and the refurbished Benito Villamarín stadiums.

By deploying Vivaticket's advanced technology, Real Betis will be able to offer fans a personalised, contemporary, seamless, and secure purchasing experience.

Vivaticket has a proven track record in live music, theatre, museums, fairs, theme parks, and sports. It is the exclusive partner of international-level football clubs, including 15 Serie A teams such as AC Milan, AS Roma, and Inter Milan, which depend on its ticket management and fan services.

Furthermore, the company recently strengthened its presence in professional football by signing an agreement with Lega Serie A to serve as the official and exclusive ticketing partner for the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa finals until 2027.

With this agreement with Real Betis, Vivaticket reinforces its position as both a strategic partner delivering integrated and scalable ticketing solutions for sports organisations and as a technology provider with one of the most advanced offerings in the market.

Last year, Vivaticket served as the ticketing platform for Madrid On Ice. This popular Christmas attraction is one of Europe's largest ice rinks.
