Waldameer WaterWorld to Create $2.5m ‘Battle of Lake Erie’ Family Water Play Complex

Waldameer WaterWorld to Create 'Battle of Lake Erie' Family Water Play Complex

Waldameer WaterWorld in Pennsylvania is set to begin construction of its major new water play park.

This marks the first of two planned expansion phases at Waldameer WaterWorld.

Entitled ‘The Battle of Lake Erie’, the $2.5 million facility references the War of 1812.

A small replica of the Brig Niagara will ‘sail’ above a selection of slides and over 100 water attractions.

The Battle of Lake Erie will be built on vacant land between the new Kidz Zone and wave pool.

It is expected to be completed in June.
