Jolliville Holdings Corp is building a P350 million ($6.5m) themed water park in Calapan City, in the Philippines.

Called Jolly Waves Water Park and Resort, it is set to feature accommodation, function rooms and diving options. There will be a wave pool, running river, water slides, bike and body zip lines, overnight cottages, and 100 cabanas.

The water park will sit on a 4.6-hectare property in Calapan City.

Jolliville Holdings Corp is a publicly listed real estate management company controlled by businessman Jolly Ting. The company will fund the project through internally generated cash flows and bank loans.

Construction began in the fourth quarter of 2016 and is now 80% completed. It is set to open in 2019.
