The park is expected to break a number of records including the world’s tallest water slide tower (85 metres), and the highest quantity of slides serviced by a single tower (12).

Waldorf Astoria Lusail Doha, also in Qatar, has invested in a custom AquaPlay and AquaSpray for families, whilst Egypt’s Marassi Waterpark will benefit from new water slides and a FlowRider Double, WhiteWater’s surf simulator.

Splash Works Water Park is a notable new park in Bangladesh which will open with thirteen WhiteWater attractions for swimmers to slide, play, and surf on.

WhiteWater has an expansive range of products, ranging from water slides and rides to water play, as well as artificial surf, architectural design, and Software as a Service (SaaS).

The firm says its growing list of projects signifies a healthy rebound after a challenging two years for the industry.

Paul Chutter, president of WhiteWater says that 2022 will continue an ongoing trend for the company: “With the attractions industry looking to be back on track from the disruptions of the past two years, WhiteWater is very fortunate to be able to forge ahead with projects that break records, make headlines, and create enjoyment for markets all over the world.”

“Year in and year out, with impressive project openings such as these, we are able to use that experience to guide developers and support parks to provide exactly the ride mix they need, with quality and service they can rely on. That is why clients come back to us time and time again, as we focus on their overall business success.”

WhiteWater’s chief marketing officer Una de Boer recently explored how parks can take action on sustainability, to meet the growing demands of public perception and legislation.
