AZA, the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, has made booth sales for the Exhibit Hall available to the public for its 2025 Annual Conference, scheduled for 13 – 17 September in Tampa, Florida.
The AZA Annual Conference is the largest and most comprehensive event for zoo and aquarium professionals across North America, anticipating attendance from over 2,800 industry leaders. This year’s conference is set to be held at the Tampa Convention Center, hosted by Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, The Florida Aquarium, and ZooTampa at Lowry Park.

Exclusive opportunities
AZA provides exhibitors with exclusive opportunities to showcase their products and services, cultivate connections, and remain informed and engaged with the zoo and aquarium community. The Annual Conference includes designated hours for attendees to interact with exhibitors, supplemented by networking receptions, breaks, and refreshments, all of which are hosted in the Exhibit Hall.

Earlier this year, AZA announced the 2025 SAFE Grant recipients as part of its conservation programme, AZA SAFE: Saving Animals From Extinction. A total of $434,429 will be allocated to four chosen programmes to advance conservation, comprising $144,008 from AZA and $290,421 obtained through matching funds.
