Chuck E. Cheese, the world’s largest family entertainment centre (FEC) brand, has opened its first location in Suriname, South America.

The new venue in Suriname is part of the company’s expansion across the Middle East and South America. Chuck E. Cheese plans to open 100 locations outside of the US by 2023.

“We are incredibly excited to have officially brought the Chuck E. Cheese brand and the inevitable family memories that come with it to the Suriname market,” said David McKillips, president and CEO of CEC Entertainment.

“Our master franchisee and operator has done a fantastic job in localizing the concept and offering a unique experience for our newly welcomed guests in the area.”

The 11,000-square-foot attraction offers an interactive dance floor, two private party rooms, and the first virtual reality (VR) game in the region. Yay Entertainment and Blue Falcon are operating the Suriname location.
