New Atlantis Resort for Hawaii

Atlantis Resorts are reported to be embarking on their first US development with a resort next door to Disney’s Aulani hotel at Ko Olina Resort.

The Hawaii resort adds to two other projects for 2017 in Dubai and Hainan, China.

Kerzner International’s Atlantis Resorts brand is owned by the Investment Corp. of Dubai, Colony Capital Inc. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
