Scruffy Dog Creative Group is Global Design Partner of iP2Development

Company will help to carry the creative concept of Mission: Play! by Mattel forward to the next level

Scruffy Dog Creative Group, a leading creative design company, has announced that iP2Development has appointed it as Global Design Partner, reinforcing the working relationship between the two companies. iP2Development, an Amsterdam-based company, creates IP formats based on famous brands.

Speaking of the partnership, Roger Houben, CEO of iP2Development, says, “We were looking for a design partner with an international presence to carry the creative concept of Mission: Play! by Mattel forward to the next level.

“SDCG have great understanding and experience working with brands. Furthermore, they have the capability to scale up and work globally.”

Branded experiences

Scruffy Dog Creative Group has a great deal of experience in the creation of branded experiences, having worked on projects such as The Walking Dead, HTTYD, CBeebies and Cocoanuts. Furthermore, their latest branded experience, the highly-anticipated I’m a Celebrity…Jungle Challenge, is due to open in Manchester later in 2021.

iP2Development and Scruffy Dog Creative Group are currently working on two projects together. The first is iP2Development’s first European Mattel Centre in Potsdamer Platz, Berlin. The second, which is yet to be announced, is based in the Middle East.

With our creativity and capacity, together we can push boundaries and reimagine the indoor entertainment centre experience.”

Last year, Scruffy Dog Creative Group announced that it had accepted an invitation to join the OCT Alliance of Planning and Design. This organisation, founded by the OCT Group, brings together experts in planning, consulting, architectural and landscape design and currently includes 23 experts and 58 companies from related fields. Members benefit from the priority to take part in the planning and design of the group’s various projects.
