Joe Pine and Jim Gilmore of Strategic Horizons are pleased to announce a series of online sessions, organised by OnStage Customer Experience Training, exploring the importance of the employee experience.

OnStage is a training programme for frontline employees. The company is hosting the virtual sessions in order to look at the employee experience and its impact on the customer experience.

The importance of the employee experience

During the three live sessions, attendees will benefit from insights from Pine and Gilmore as well as an opportunity to discuss the topic with fellow viewers. There will also be a Q&A at the end of each session.

Last year, Strategic Horizons announced the release of an updated edition of The Experience Economy, with new content.

The new edition of the text now features an additional subtitle: Competing for Customer Time, Attention, and Money. In the updated version, Pine and Gilmore explore why companies must stage an experience that is worth their customers’ time and attention in order to encourage them to spend money. Pine also spoke to Blooloop in 2019 about the evolution of the concept.
