Exhibits Development Group, a global leader in travelling exhibitions, will be showcasing world-class exhibits at Ecsite in Copenhagen, as well as highlighting its new project CultureNut Xchange.

EDG is pleased to announce that it has several world-class exhibitions now available for touring in Europe. The company specialises in STEM-rich (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths), attendance-driving exhibitions that will fascinate visitors. EDG has formed new partnerships with leading science organisations in Europe and the Middle East in order to create unforgettable experiences. It currently offers 27 exhibitions in technology, science and space, that have travelled to more than 50 leading science institutions.

Digital Me

One such project is ‘Digital Me’ which is a result of the collaboration between EDG and MadaTech, the Israel National Museum of Science, Technology, and Space. This installation put visitors in the centre of the action, exploring the modern digital world and its impact through a selection of larger-than-life exhibits. It looks at technology, art, play and media, as well as the role of individuals in technology, their digital footprints and how they are seen and stored by the online world.

‘Digital Me’ exhibition is suitable for young and old, with new technologies and surprising exhibits. Visitors will gain a deeper understanding of the implications of our presence on the Internet.

This exhibition takes guests back in time by 66 million years, as they explore Earth’s prehistoric past and learn about the ever-popular topic of dinosaurs. EDG worked with Filmmaster Productions to create a hyper-realistic vision of the planet’s evolution. During the 60-75 minute experience, visitors will enjoy advanced animatronic dinosaurs and other creatures, as well as other atmospheric and optical effects which create a uniquely immersive experience.

‘Pompeii’ was designed by award-winning Belgian exhibition and museum designers, Tempora, in partnership with EDG and the Naples Museum of Archaeology. It will make its North American debut at the Science Museum of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia in June 2019. It showcases over 100 original artworks and objects from the world-famous UNESCO site, many of which have never been displayed before or seen outside of Italy.

Ditte Svendsen, Director of EDG’s Copenhagen-based European office, is hosting an evening event alongside EsCite in June, which is an opportunity to learn more about EDG’s new projects and divisions. The EcSite Annual conference takes place in Copenhagen, Denmark from June 6th – 8th and EDG will be at booth #9.

EDG will also be using EcSite to highlight CultureNut Xchange which launched in November 2018. It is a global marketplace and solution developed to help your institution rid itself of the “junk in its trunk” by monetizing idle assets.

The company also recently travelled to the AAM Annual Meeting and Expo in New Orleans where it highlighted a range of exciting new exhibits.
