Exhibits Development Group (EDG), a global leader in travelling exhibitions, has announced the third chapter in Stage 9 Exhibit’s popular Expedition Dinosaur series. In Expedition Dinosaur: Inot the Deep, visitors will be able to take a voyage through time and explore the mysteries of the Earth’s history as they discover more about the Jurassic period, which lasted from 201 to 145 million years ago.
The new production focuses on oceanic and aquatic reptiles from some of the most recent paleontological discoveries. It will also allow guests to get up close and personal with creatures of the past, thanks to animatronics and lifelike replicas of iconic dinosaurs such as Tyrannosaurus Rex, Torosaurus, Anzu Wyliei, Dakota Raptor, Velociraptor, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, Pterusauria, Dilophosaurus, Ankylosaurus, and Archaeopteryx, as well as those from the ocean like Dakosaurus, Cryptoclidus and more.
Venture into the deep
Currently in production, Expedition Dinosaur: Into the Deep is expected to offer an engaging fusion of entertainment and education, giving guests of all ages an amazing voyage into the heart of Earth’s prehistoric seas.
Bookings for the exhibit’s first release have been chosen, and it will open in the first few months of 2026. For museums looking to engage and inform their visitors, From the Deep will be a unique experience.

The company recently revealed details of six of its exhibitions, which will be available to host venues during 2024. These include Pompeii: The Immortal City, the first major exhibition to be presented at the new Arlington Museum of Art, Texas, opening next year. Other highlights include Colors of Rome: Mosaics & Sculptures, the first exhibition of Roman mosaics to be showcased outside of Rome, and Giambattista Piranesi: The Dream of Classicism, which presents 90 works by Piranesi and shares his experiences in developing his craft and travelling throughout Italy.
