Leading ticketing solutions company, TopTix, is providing its advanced SRO4 ticketing and CRM system to the Maryland Science Centre, Baltimore.
The Science Centre intends to use the single-source platform to gain an in-depth understanding of its customers while providing a more robust online ticketing experience.

The popular venue features full-size dinosaurs, dozens of hands-on activities and experiments, national touring exhibits, an IMAX Theatre, Kids Room and planetarium.
With a large schedule of camps, teacher workshops, scholarship programmes and Family Science nights to deliver, the Science Centre needed to improve the efficiency of its third party systems including: website ticketing, visitor data, memberships, reporting, fundraising and finance.
