Ticketing and CRM software specialist, TopTix UK, has made three significant hirings to key positions within the organisation.
Peter I’anson and Ken Paul both join the company as Business Development Directors. l’anson has been in the business for 10 years, most recently with AudienceView as a Director of Business Development. Paul brings over 30 years’ experience to the table, his previous roles including Head of Ticketing for two major West End theatres and Commercial Manager for ENTA Ticketing.
Kimberly Waterman has made the switch from client to colleague. Previously with Het Concertgebouw, a customer of the TopTix SRO4 platform, Waterman takes on the role of Consultant Trainer responsible for ticketing solutions, training, consultative services and customer support.
Since assuming full control of client management, TopTix UK has expanded rapidly with a growing number of UK attractions, museums and performing arts venues choosing their SRO4 ticketing and CRM platform.
Managing Director, Karl Vosper, said that despite a global client base of over 500 organisations, many people were still unaware of TopTix’ flagship product. “Even though TopTix has been around since the year 2000 many clients don't know about us and the incredible power and flexibility of our SRO4 ticketing and CRM platform. It’s really exciting to see that word is getting out and that we are able to attract such great talent as Peter I’anson, Ken Paul and Kimberly Waterman.”
UK clients include the Edinburgh Filmhouse, Edinburgh, the Belmont Filmhouse, Aberdeen, the Electric Theatre, Guildford and the Assembly Halls Theatre, Tunbridge Wells.
