Amaala, Red Sea Global's new wellness destination in Saudi Arabia, has announced the opening of its Equinox Resort.
Situated at the Marina Village in Triple Bay, Equinox Resort Amaala is Equinox's second hotel globally and its first outside of the US.
Designed by Foster + Partners with interiors by Rockwell Group, it features 128 rooms and suites, as well as 704 square metres of indoor and outdoor training space.
The resort's guest rooms are created as environments for deep recovery, with circadian lighting to support the body’s internal clock, advanced acoustic isolation to minimise sleep disruption, and precision climate control for optimal rest.

The 1,602 square metre spa is anchored by Equinox X Circuit, a high-tech regeneration experience. It also includes treatments and technologies such as cryotherapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, hydrotherapy and contrast temperature therapies.
Additionally, the hotel provides four outdoor swimming pools – a lap pool, leisure pools, and a rooftop magnesium salt pool.

Located on the Red Sea Coast, Amaala is an ultra-luxury destination focusing on wellness and healthy living.

It will feature more than 1,600 hotel rooms across nine resorts, in addition to residences, world-class wellness facilities, and a curated mix of retail and dining experiences.
“Wellness tourism around the world is growing tremendously. It's an exponential growth at the moment," Melisa Pezuk, head of development at Amaala, told blooloop.
"There are more informed travelers today. They want to go to the places that are giving them the best, healthiest options."
