Just 48 hours after launching its search for the world's first “Future Perfects,” Dubai's Museum of the Future had received over 20,000 completed applications and logged 42,000 visits to the campaign's official website, signaling strong early interest in its unconventional talent search.
Launched on 21 October, the initiative seeks people to serve as the public face of the Museum's redesigned visitor experience when it reopens in 2027.
Rather than relying on conventional recruitment criteria, it prioritises imagination, curiosity, emotional intelligence, warmth, and adaptability, and requires no prior experience in museums or customer service.

Recognising potential beyond conventional paths
"The response in the first 48 hours reflects strong interest in career opportunities that recognise human potential beyond what is written on a CV," says Azza AlNuaimi, COO of the Museum of the Future.
"Dubai has always believed in recognising potential beyond conventional paths, and Future Perfects brings that belief into practice. We believe that what makes someone uniquely human could be exactly what makes them a Future Perfect.
"Shaping the future requires more than knowledge alone; it requires the ability to make that knowledge meaningful and accessible to others."
The Museum's recruitment team has started reviewing applications. Candidates will move through assessments, shortlisting and final live auditions before an expert judging panel.
Those selected will take up full-time roles in the Museum's Visitor Experience team, helping visitors engage with ideas about science, technology, nature, society and the future through meaningful human interactions.
Applications will remain open through 8 November 2026, giving more people the chance to show they have what it takes to be a Future Perfect.
Last year, the Museum of the Future debuted the latest version of Ameca, an AI-enabled humanoid robot with lifelike facial expressions and interactive features.
