Design firm features growing leisure chain‘s CEO in latest webinar series feature

ARCO/Murray, a leading design-builder specializing in national rollouts across a wide spectrum of industries, will host an industry webinar next week with a technologically-advanced shuffleboard bar brand.

ARCO/Murray is a general contractor for leading leisure and midway names including Topgolf driving ranges, indoor skydiving venue iFly, indoor golf venue Puttshack and many other multi-venue brands in location-based entertainment.

Innovative Locations is a video series developed by ARCO/Murray to explore the future of entertainment. The series features business leaders who are at the forefront of innovation to give advice and tips to other businesses.

Gene Ball, CEO of Electric Shuffle USA, will be interviewed in the latest of ARCO/Murray’s Innovative Locations webinar series. Ball will discuss the interactive shuffleboard bar and the restaurant’s debut in the United States in Dallas, Texas. ARCO/Murray was the design-builder for the Electric Shuffle venue, and the team is looking forward to building more locations together.

Electric Shuffle premiered in the UK with its Canary Wharf location in 2019. A second location has since opened in the capital at the arches of London Bridge.

The session, titled “Creating an Electrifying Entertainment Destination Around Shuffleboard”, will take place on Thursday 9 December at 11 AM CST. Viewers are invited to submit their own questions before the event.

ARCO/Murray has hosted a number of webinars with other clients, with useful pointers for operators. Joe Vrankin, CEO of Puttshack recently hit home the urgency of change in a recent webinar saying “Anyone who’s in the [leisure space] right now really needs to be able to differentiate themselves… The expectations are really high now.”

The latest video release follows the continued success of ARCO/Murray’s Innovative Locations series. Another recent webinar guest was Will Dean, CEO and co-founder of Electric Gamebox.
