Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, has announced the appointment of a new Chief Management Consultant for the North and South America region, Kash Ahmad.
Ahmad has worked in the FEC technology and operations sector for 25 years, most recently as Executive Director for Cineplex Entertainment. He spent his early years living in Canada and Southeast Asia and has been drawn to arcades around the world, meaning he brings an international mindset to the role.
A passion for the industry
Ahmad has a passion for the entertainment industry and is focused on creating memorable customer experiences, in order to drive return visits and future-proof operations.
His previous experience includes developing the Playdium and The Rec Room concepts in Canada, from inception to operation. Ahmad worked with Embed on the technology behind the success of these venues, ensuring a positive customer journey as well as operational efficiency. Now, The Rec Room is the leading Food & Entertainment venue for millennials and the Playdium is the leading gaming and social environment for families, teens, and tweens in the country.
Amhad brings a focus on integrity, loyalty, innovation and building relationships to his projects. These guiding principles are key to the success of the amusement industry as it continues to evolve.
