Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, will be exhibiting at IAAPA Expo Europe, which takes place in London from 13 – 15 September. The company, which currently has more than 1000 customers and over 3000 installations across 56 countries, will be showcasing its newest products and solutions. The firm is ready to empower FECs across the EMEA region, where it already has a strong presence.
“We are lucky to be at the forefront of the tech transition of business processes from coins to cashless in Europe,” says Renee Welsh, CEO at Embed.
“For a region rich in tradition that still includes regular use of physical currencies in daily transactions, we are in a position to be partners for those who are ready to take a plunge into the era of digitalization and cashless through the use of Embed’s tech of transformation.”
FEC market set to grow
According to Allied Market research, the family/indoor entertainment centre market in the UK is expected to reach $1,755.06 million by 2027, increasing by 12.8% from 2020 to 2027. Furthermore, the European FEC equipment market size is projected to reach US$ 755.03 million by the end of 2025.
One satisfied Embed client is family entertainment business Veltmeijer Group, which recently implemented the company’s Mobile Wallet technology:
“We are excited to see the changes that the Mobile Wallet will bring to the business,” says Roger Tubee, co-CEO of Veltmeijer Group. “With it, our guests have cashless options to pay and play because it’s a virtual game card they can use on their phones. It’s easy and secure, and there is no doubt that the user data that we can derive from the Mobile Wallet will help us make better business decisions in real-time.”
“We are already using a mix of Embed’s hardware and software solutions so we are confident that they will continue to empower us through our robust expansion plans across Europe.”
KIOSK+ and more on show
Embed counts several leading entertainment brands across the European market as clients, including Coral Island, Funstation, Hollywood Bowl, Genting UK, Adventure Island, and more. These are all made possible by the company’s long-standing relationship with Bandai Namco as its official distribution partner.
“Embed just being present in the region makes a world of difference,” says Steve Short, general manager at Bandai Namco. “It is a privilege to change the face of the amusement and entertainment industries one FEC at a time with business solutions that level up the guest experience.”
Attendees at IAAPA Expo Europe can discover KIOSK+, Embed’s state-of-the-art self-service kiosk, complete with a sleek design and expandable modularity. In addition, the team will be demonstrating the Breakaway Game Card, a cutting-edge combination of the traditional game card and wearable media.
Embed will also showcase EVENTS, the industry’s first publishing-to-payment platform for events marketing, which was recently unveiled at the International Bowl Expo in Nevada, US. EVENTS automatically syncs activities hosted by venues to customers’ online calendars. The feature is designed to drive more revenue, improve interest, and deliver conversion for events.
Empowering FECs
Following a difficult few years for the industry, where Embed was on hand to help customers as they recovered, the company is now working to empower FECs through reinvention and rejuvenation, helping them to make smarter and sound business decisions. FECs currently on non-Embed systems can speak to the team about its current deal on switching to Embed.
Embed will be at booth #2114, exhibiting KIOSK+ as well as the award-winning Mobile Wallet, the integrated cloud-based software solution TOOLKIT, the smartTOUCH arcade debit game card reader, and a full range of wearables and game cards, on show at its Bling Showcase. Attendees can book a meeting here.
Embed has also been celebrating its successful attendance at SEA Expo, held recently in the Middle East.
