Semnox IAAPA Expo 2021

Semnox Solutions, a provider of technology for the entertainment and amusement industry, is attending IAAPA Expo 2021 in Orlando, Florida, from 16 – 19 November. During the trade show, the team will be on hand at booth #412, demonstrating the company’s solutions for parks and FECs, including the rebranded Tixera system and its new Radian Wristbands.

Tixera

Tixera is a ticketing and park management system that is designed to streamline operations, simplify processes, and enhance the guest experience. The unique solution brings together innovative hardware and software with round the clock support.

This technology can support reservation and ticketing, OTA integrations, queue-free solutions, access control, lockers, POS, self-service kiosks, inventory and redemption, food & beverage sales and more.

Semnox has also announced that its latest innovation, the Radian Smark Wristband, has been awarded a US patent.

This RFID wearable notified the wearer about important events during their visit, with dynamic light patterns, haptic touch/vibration and sound. For instance, it can let guests know how much playing time they have left, when their food is ready for collection, and more. It can also be used to alert staff.

The wristband has been designed for attractions that utilise check-in/out facilities or timed gameplays, saving on staffing costs.

Semnox is attending IAAPA Expo for the ninth time, and this year is sponsoring the Newcomers and Rookies program. It will also be presenting during the IAAPA EDUTalk sessions

In addition to these new products and services, the company will be revealing new Parafait innovations at the show. The Parafait system enables operators to automate processes. This means that they have wider control over operations, and can deliver improved guest experiences by utilising the different functions of the platform.

Semnox Solutions recently announced it has installed a new cashless, contactless system at Codona’s Amusement Park in Aberdeen, Scotland.
