Leading ticketing company, TopTix, has provided its SRO solution to Canterbury Park Racetrack and Card Casino in Shakopee, Minnesota.
Canterbury selected the advanced ticketing, CRM and marketing platform to support its mission of service excellence.
Staff at the horse racing facility are trained in the ‘Canterbury Way’ to anticipate and exceed customer expectations.

Aside from the racetrack, Canterbury Park also operates Canterbury Card Casino, offering a mix of poker and casino games 24/7. In addition, the venue hosts a number of special events including major concerts, trade shows and sporting events.
The company’s complex MVP Rewards programme offers and manages many levels of patron membership with specific benefits applied to each level. Thus, it is essential to match each guest to their respective level of membership and ensure that the appropriate benefits are being administered such as free admissions or product discounts.
