Christie Scoops Six Industry Awards at InfoComm 2015

Global visual and audio technologies company, Christie Digital Systems, has won six awards at InfoComm 2015.

The honours include two ‘Best of Show’ awards and ‘Most Innovative Emerging Technologies.’

The Christie Velvet™ LED won a Readers’ Choice award from rAVe magazine for ‘Favourite Video Wall Product'. The Christie Velvet LED Apex Series also scooped a Best of Show award for ‘New and outstanding products exhibited at InfoComm’ courtesy of Digital Signage magazine.

Christie Scoops Six Industry Awards at InfoComm 2015The Christie GS Series, featuring Christie laser phosphor technology, won ‘Most Innovative Emerging Technologies’ from NewBay Media and the new Christie Captiva DUW350S Ultra Short Throw lens projector, previewing at InfoComm, netted a ‘Best of Show’ award from Government Video magazine. 

NewBay Media also honoured the Christie Boxer (shown left) with ‘Best Video Projection Product – High Lumen.’ Christie says the award recognises ‘the undisputed performance and high brightness of the Christie Boxer’.

Another unit previewing at the show, the Christie FHQ981-L 98-inch LCD flat panel, won a Sound & Video Contractor award for ‘Innovation; performance against category standard; richness/relevance of feature sets; ease of installation/maintenance; and value/ROI.’

Kathryn Cress, Vice President, Global and Corporate Marketing, said Christie was honoured to be recognised by leading industry professionals.
