CRM and ticketing software specialist, TopTix has announced that Tom Alexander will be assuming the role of Global Director of Marketing.
Alexander has been tasked with expanding global recognition of the company’s Ticketing and CRM platform, SRO4.
He has held senior executive positions in a number of key media and marketing companies including Comcast, Time Warner (Turner Broadcasting), and Frankel & Co. (now Arc Worldwide) and has won industry awards for his stand-out marketing campaigns.

Alexander will report to Fred Maglione, Executive Chairman Americas, and will work with the ten regional Directors and TopTix partners around the globe.
