gateway staff celebrating top 100 listing - best places to work in pennsylvania

Gateway Ticketing Systems, a global leader in software solutions for CRM and admissions control, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for 2018.

Gateway is no stranger to the accolade. This latest announcement marks the company’s sixth appearance on the prestigious Top 100 list. The list identifies, recognises and honours the top employers in Pennsylvania that are benefiting the State’s economy and its workforce.

Final rankings will be unveiled in November during the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania awards banquet.

‘With this being our 30th year in business, it is a great honour to receive the Best Places to Work in PA for a sixth time,” states Gateway President and CEO, Michael Andre. “Thirty years of success as a company comes from having amazing team members building a culture of long-term relationships with exceptional customers.”

To qualify for a ranking, companies are required to take part in a two-stage process. The first part evaluates each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. This accounts for approximately 25% of the total evaluation.

75% of the evaluation is based on an employee survey

The remainder is based on an employee survey designed to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking.

“We proudly receive this award because it is a reflection of our wonderful people and the values they live every day at Gateway Ticketing Systems,” adds Andre.

Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc. provides ticketing software, admission control and revenue generation for industries including attractions, theme parks, waterparks, tours, zoos, aquariums, museums and historic sites.

The company’s Galaxy Product Suite integrates ticketing, admission control, resource management, group sales, online ticketing sales, retail, food and beverage, and membership management.

Gateway teams are currently exhibiting at the IAAPA Euro Attractions Show in Amsterdam and the AZA Annual Conference in Seattle.
