Admissions software specialists, Gateway Ticketing Systems, has recently redesigned and redeveloped its website to help aid key stakeholders when they are looking to select or replace their ticketing system.
“Today’s buyers are savvier than ever before and rely on online research to better prepare themselves for a phone call or face-to-face meeting with a prospective supplier, ” says Kimberly Weidman, Marketing Manager at Gateway.
“The goal of our new website is to help educate decision-makers and influencers to understand the incredible impact selecting the right ticketing solution can offer their venue – from improving operations and increasing revenue to enhancing the guest experience.”
Gateway's new website – gatewayticketing.com – contains a ‘Community’ section, where visitors can filter stories by category such as insights, case studies and news, and articles; as well as the ability to search articles by keyword.
“Getting people the information they’re looking for quickly is crucial as everyone is crunched for time, ” explains Weidman.
The new site features photographs from existing customer locations.
