Leading admission control and ticketing software provider, Gateway Ticketing Systems, has named Marcus Lopez as their new Director of Customer Experience.
The role has been newly created to provide enhanced levels of customer engagement and service. Mr Lopez joined Gateway in 2011 from Universal Orlando and most recently held the position of Director of Product.
He says, “I am excited at the opportunity to fill the new Director of Customer Experience position. With over 10 years' experience as a customer of Point of Sale and Admission Control software and now celebrating 4 years at Gateway Ticketing Systems, I feel well‐prepared to serve our customers and develop programs to enhance their experiences and interactions with our support staff. I am passionate about our customer base and am honored to accept this new role in the organization.”
