Leader has over ten years experience at the amusement technology company

Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, has recruited veteran team member Chase Mory to the role of director of operations. One decade ago Mory commenced his Gateway Ticketing Systems career as a Project Manager, following five years of working in IT for Hersheypark.

He started out project managing and supporting new implementations of Galaxy for customers, including the museum implementation phase of the National September 11 Memorial and Museum.

Mory has a history of promotions at the firm, transitioning to its manager of delivery services in 2014, and then to senior manager in 2017.

Leading the delivery services team, Gateway Ticketing Systems say he has been crucial in growing this area from a small segment of the business to a necessary function for both revenue and customer satisfaction.

As director of operations, Mory will now manage the Customer Service, Managed Services, Hardware and Payment, and CRM, Donor and Galaxy Principals teams.

Chase says “I am excited about joining the Executive Team and consider myself fortunate to have the opportunity to enhance operations and support the growth of our employees and company.

“I am honoured to hold this leadership position and to represent and inspire the continued success of Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc.”

The promotion further ties Mory to Boyertown in Pennsylvania, USA, where he has deep family roots and the town where Gateway was founded.

Expertise and focus

Gateway Ticketing Systems president and CEO Michael Andre says “I am excited to have Chase as a member of our executive team, bringing his leadership expertise and continued superb focus on efficiency and alignment of our operating business units with him. Chase’s ability to organise and lead our projects from initiation to completion is one of his greatest contributions to Gateway.

“Along the way, Chase always finds efficiencies that drive more revenue and reduce expenses, all while increasing our customer and employee satisfaction.

“He has driven efficiencies in our hardware delivery, implemented project management tools, revamped our internal services billing processes, and pushed company-level strategic initiatives forward in the areas of process and systems. We look forward to his even broader contribution in the future.”

Last month, Gateway detailed how it integrated its Galaxy Ticketing and Guest Experience solution at Salisbury Cathedral, in the historical city of Salisbury, UK.
