Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc., the world leader in admission control and ticketing software for the attraction, amusement, and transportation industries has announced the appointment of Don Eash as the new Director of Operations.

Eash has more than 20 years of industry experience in strategic IT leadership, project management, systems implementation and technology support, most recently as Senior Director of Information Technology at Universal Orlando.
As Gateway’s Director of Operations, Eash will be responsible for developing and ensuring the quality of service for the global customer base through delivery of equipment, software, support, consultation and implementation services while improving profitability and customer satisfaction.
