Gateway Ticketing Systems’ New Consultancy Service: InvestmentMAX for Galaxy


Gateway Ticketing Systems, the world leader in admission control and ticketing software for the attraction and amusement industries, has unveiled a new service for customers: InvestmentMAX for Galaxy.

InvestmentMAX for Galaxy draws on Gateway’s 25 years’ experience with hundreds of amusement, attractions and entertainment customers, providing professional consulting services to optimize efficiency, operational and revenue potential and the guest experience.

InvestmentMAX includes:

  • An initial session with the client to tailor the InvestmentMAX process and identify goals and areas for improvement.
  • An onsite visit by Galaxy specialists with a detailed review of the venue’s revenue collection points, back office operational processes and infrastructure, Galaxy configurations and its currently used functionality, as well as any interfacing software configurations.
  • A strategic and tactical report with a roadmap including concrete recommendations to streamline or suggest more secure processes and configurations that can begin to be implemented immediately for both process and efficiency improvements.
