Green 4 Solutions have revealed the full agenda for next month's Leisure & Attractions ThinkTank Event.
The Leisure & Attractions Think Tank event, hosted by Green 4 Solutions, will take place on Wednesday November 12 at Green 4's Head Office in Lutterworth and is a new forum for leisure and visitor attractions businesses to discuss CRM, Marketing and Customer Experience.
Speakers from Drayton Manor Theme Park, the Eden Project and the Snow Centre will explain the thinking behind their CRM and customer experience strategies, before taking questions and leading a discussion topic.

Having recently joined Drayton Manor, after 10 years in the football industry as Head of Marketing for both Birmingham City and Leeds United, Alexa will share a unique perspective of how she aims to use her experience in football to the advantage of Drayton Manor’s 280 acre attraction.
GORDON SEABRIGHT, DIRECTOR, THE EDEN PROJECT
Gordon will share his experiences at the Eden Project and how they have used technology to shape current and future CRM strategies and customer experience. Gordon will share information about the Eden Project's phased approach to technology implementation and how it aims to better their business.
IAN BROWN, MANAGING DIRECTOR, THE SNOW CENTRE
Since day one at the Snow Centre, a joined up approach to technology has underpinned the business strategy. Ian will explain how this has evolved since the centre opened and what current plans are for exploiting the digital channel.
