Green4 Secures Multi-Year Deal with Rival Chilean Pro Football Clubs


Sport and Leisure Technology specialists, Green 4 Solutions, have signed a deal with two rival football clubs in Chile to implement a single platform stadium solution.

The Go system is the world’s first full solution to include stadium ticketing, built within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

By burying their differences the two clubs, Universidad Católica and Colo-Colo, have secured a better financial deal that promises to put them both ahead of the game. The new system offers state-of-the-art  functionality, including a ‘single shopping basket’ for ticketing and merchandise sales, plus CRM, data analysis, email marketing and marketing automations, as well as a Fan Loyalty and Rewards Programme.

Colo-Colo's Brand Manager, Gonzalo Hernández, travelled to Europe to meet with potential suppliers: “We were looking not only for an operational system to sell tickets, but something that could help our fans feel closer to our club, through intelligent marketing actions.”

“This new alliance with Green 4 Solutions allows us to have a first-class system, unique in Chile, ” commented Sebastián Soria, Commercial Director for Universidad Católica. “We put ourselves in the forefront of the Chilean football industry.”

Paul Gibbons, Green4’s Business Manager North America, described the deal as another move forward in the company’s penetration into the North and South American market: “The solution will be game changing for both teams. It will streamline operations and provide a solid platform on which to build an effective marketing strategy.”
