Mobaro, a provider of online maintenance and safety solutions, has announced a new addition to its North American team.

Marah Rodriguez will take on the role of US vice president of sales, supporting Mobaro’s growth in the market. She has experience in aquatic safety, which coincides with the recent announcement of the company’s new strategic partnership with aquatic safety and risk management consulting firm Ellis & Associates (E&A) earlier this month.

Joining during busy period

A well-known industry figure, Rodriguez will be a key player in Mobaro’s wider mission to help American theme parks and attractions digitise and optimise maintenance, safety and operation procedures. Mobaro reports its local customer success management is being kept busy with its significant customer base in the US, providing an opportunity for new staff.

Rodriguez says “I wanted to join Mobaro to be part of a team who is leading our industry with innovative solutions that improve safety digitally in our market.

“There is nothing more important than safety, and therefore I am honoured to be a part of a team that supports such a mission.”

Christoffer W.Borup, Mobaro COO and co-founder says “We truly look forward to having Marah on board to further develop our commercial activities in the US.

“We are confident that her dedication to the industry and extensive experience in our market will greatly benefit our colleagues and customers.”

Following the return of IAAPA Expo in Orlando and the industry’s increased focus on digitalisation, the company adds it “anticipates a very eventful 2022 for Mobaro in the US”.

The company grew its list of projects this year with clients including Santa Monica Pier’s Pacific Park, allowing the popular tourist hotspot to centralise operational data into one location.

Earlier this month Mobaro announced the addition of its Competency Management feature, integrating into existing software packages for clients.
