Gateway Ticketing Systems is holding its annual User Group Meeting at the Ritz Carlton New Orleans from August 3 – 6 2015. The leading admission control and ticketing software provider has announced that this year’s UGM host is The National WWII Museum.
Gateway Marketing Manager, Tricia Szurgot, reports that the company is thrilled to have The National WWII Museum as the host for this year’s meeting: “They’re not just a beautiful and culturally rich educational venue, they’re a valuable and knowledgeable customer with whom we’ve enjoyed years of partnership – the Museum will be a wonderful partner for the User Group Meeting!”
Opened in 2000, The National WWII Museum tells the story of the American experience in the ”war to end all wars” and celebrates the American Spirit of the men and women who fought on the battlefront and the Home Front.
“We are pleased to welcome fellow Galaxy users to New Orleans and to the Museum during this year’s User Group Meeting, ” comments Director of Visitor and Volunteer Services at the Museum, Kelly Bules. “The networking and educational opportunities at UGM are a wonderful resource for the Gateway User Community and we are excited to introduce our venue to attendees during the social event and add our venue to the sites that serve as both an educational resource and source of fun during the week.”
This is Gateway’s 20th annual UGM and will feature customer and Gateway presentations, training sessions and interactive panels to help users make the most of new enhancements to Gateway’s Galaxy™ product suite.
“Providing the opportunity for both our customers and our employees to interact and learn from each other at our annual and regional UGMs is integral to creating the long-lasting partnerships we have with our customers, ” says Szurgot. “Like our software products and services, UGM continues to evolve and improve, because we take customer feedback seriously – I look forward to seeing what both our customers and employees take away from UGM this year.”
