RocketRez, the end-to-end cloud ticketing platform for tours and attractions, has shared details of the types of attractions which have been benefiting most from the firm’s web-based mobile app.

The software will be showcased this week at the world’s largest amusement industry tradeshow, IAAPA Expo.

RocketPass enables guests with convenience and customisation at every stage of their journey. It offers a centralised location for tour and attraction guests to buy tickets and items, receive communication from attraction operators, store payment information, and manage their entire experience at a facility.

It is a console allowing guests to plan and self-direct their day at an attraction for optimal efficiency and ease. It is a guest data platform for the venue operator that reports on every aspect of the visitor journey to provide actionable opportunities to improve the experience and generate revenue.

Customers can use RocketPass to pre-book tickets or purchase food and retail items, access their code for scanning and use a single QR code for admission and payment on-site.

Operators can also provide enhance the guest experience with planning information, such as site maps and updated wait times to minimise frustration, as well as issue real-time notifications about the attraction experience.
