Venues can learn about recent developments and new updates

ROLLER, the ticketing, CRM and POS specialist, will host an online presentation next week, reaffirming its commitment to helping venues increase their potential markets and maximize repeat visits.

The firm’s vision is to help venues and attractions create experiences that bring joy and happiness to the world, by producing solutions for leisure businesses that help them deliver outstanding experiences for guests.

As a result, ROLLER provides a comprehensive software platform that meets the demands of modern attractions, including ticketing, point-of-sale, integrated payments, memberships and gift cards. ROLLER’s system can also be used to maintain CRM, waivers, self-serve kiosks, cashless wallets and the firm’s Guest Experience Score service. The technology expert currently has a client base spanning more than 25 countries.

Creating superfans

From its base in Victoria, Australia, ROLLER is focused on helping leisure and attraction operators to create frictionless guest experiences. Timely update for operators

In a first for the company, ROLLER will host a webinar this month specifically focusing on the latest updates to its platform, demonstrating brand new functionality and sharing how operators can develop their business by creating an efficient and productive technology stack.

In particular, listeners will learn how to increase new sales with ROLLER’s recently improved checkout app and channel management, and discover how to maximize repeat revenue through guest analytics, membership upgrades, and party booking enhancements. ROLLER will also provide exclusive insight into the company’s future plans for the coming months.

The session will take place online on Thursday 14 July at 8:00 pm BST (3:00 pm EST/5:00 am AEST). Registration for the webinar is now open on ROLLER’s company website. Attendees will also be sent a session recording following the event for future reference.

ROLLER recently announced the acquisition of Active8 Software, which will aid the firm’s efforts to enhance visitor experiences worldwide.
